COVID POLICIES

With the constantly changing environment of this current pandemic, I have updated my policies and procedures regarding the best, most current information. Updated as of June 1st, 2022. Please read this in its entirety.

First, all of the previous policies and procedures adopted during this pandemic remain in effect:
  1. You must be fully vaccinated (including boosters)
  2. Temperature check before entering the office
  3. Removal of shoes in the outer office (waiting room)
  4. Washing of hands prior to the session
  5. Masks remaining donned throughout the entire time in the office

Additionally, I will be requiring that all masks be of the N-95, KN-95, or disposable surgical mask quality. Cloth masks will no longer be acceptable. Masks must be fully donned at all times (stealthing, un-looping elastics/straps or lowering mask while face-down, is not acceptable).

If you have either tested positive for COVID, or have been exposed to or in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, you are considered to be in the quarantine protocol queue and you need to cancel any scheduled appointment or refrain from scheduling until you have completed the outlined protocols. If you have tested positive or been exposed/in close contact within 2-3 days of your appointment and are notified AFTER your appointment, you need to notify me so I can also complete the quarantine protocols:
  1. Remain at home/quarantine for 10-14 days
  2. Test negative via PCR test or Antigen test after the 10 day quarantine
  3. Have documentation of your negative test

Obviously, if I have to complete the aforementioned protocols, my practice with be shuttered. The additional ripple effect would be that I would need to notify any and all clients who entered my office following my exposure/close contact and they will also be subject to the quarantine protocols.

While there have been various protocols presented recently, these are my required protocols and are not open to discussion or debate. If you arrive at my office without any of the aforementioned protocols completed or met, you will be turned away, without exception. I have done my due diligence to maintain the integrity of my office as a safe space during the current pandemic and will endeavor to continue the integrity that I have established thus far.
